Well, this is a surprise! After Diamond revealed their movie style Taskmaster last month, i figured that was it from them regarding Taskmaster other than the Gallery PVC. Well, they have another for us us and it is a comic accurate figure!

This figure looks really good. But i can’t help but feel like this figure looks a bit like the Marvel Legends Comic Taskmaster that came out a while back. The head sculpt is much better and the cape is better attached to the figure, but those legs look very Marvel Legends-esque. Either way, the figure looks like it takes everything Hasbro did right and makes it better.

If you never picked up the Marvel Legends version, you can’t possibly have a better choice for a comic style Taskmaster than this new figure from Diamond Select Toys. It is available now on the shopdisney.com site and shop.marvel.com.
