Last month during Toy Fair, Diamond Select Toys showed off a new addition to the Marvel Select line, the longtime X-man and Avenger, Beast. This figure uses the classic furry blue version made popular by Jim Lee. If you’re like me, you probably grew up with this version via the X-Men Animated Series.

He will have the standard Marvel Select articulation and will come with another piece of the Danger Room diorama to combine with the ones from previous X-Men releases.

Beast is now up for preorder on Entertainment Earth and will sell for 22.99. You will probably be able to find him at your local comic shop as well, though I can’t vouch for availability. Head to Entertainment Earth to make sure you get yours when it releases this October.
