Today the trailer for the upcoming Thor: Love & Thunder film was released. While I am excited for the film, my excitement isn’t the same for the figures. I’m not same they look bad! In fact, they look quite good. I’m just not much of a MCU Legends collector unless they are on clearance. This particular wave has already arrived on Walmart shelves, but I haven’t gone hunting for it.

With the unveiling of the teaser trailer, Hasbro has decided to send out official images of the wave hitting stores now.

Looking at these images, I really want that Valkyrie figure. It is such an improvement over the Ragnarok figure. The rest I will probably buy eventually, but I don’t feel a need to run out and get them now. Hopefully we’ll get a comic version of Gorr at some point.

While there are seven figures in the wave, only six are needed to complete the BAF Korg. Again, the figure looks great, but it’s hard for me to get excited about MCU figures. Perhaps once I see it on the pegs I’ll feel different.
