Hasbro is continuing to make the rounds at conventions overseas, and they have brought some awesome reveals with them! Some i have been looking to add to my collection for some time(Beast yay!), and others i didn’t realize i needed. Check out these images Hasbro has been kind enough to share of these upcoming figures in the Star Wars and Marvel Legends lines.
The Battle Droids from the prequel trilogy provided quite a bit of comic relief and opportunities for the Jedi warriors to show off their lightsaber skills. This will probably be a popular army builder.
The long time ally of the Rebel Alliance is making his way into the Vintage collection next Spring.
Union Jack is kind of the British equivalent of Captain America and they have allied on multiple occasions. Actually, is Captain Britain the British Captain America? Eh, either way it’s a nice update to a figure Hasbro has not done in about 10 years.
The alter ego of Baron Zemo while he was running the Thunderbolts. This figure was not on my radar, but it is a must buy for me.
This past week i visited Dragons Lair Comics and Games here in Austin and almost purchased the Marvel Select version of this guy. I am so glad i waited! This classic Beast will help round out our Jim Lee X-Men Blue Team. Hopefully we will get an alternate jolly head as well.
The Hasbro overseas Comic Convention tour continues next week. I believe we may next see the official reveal of the Six-armed Spider-man and Puma that were displayed during the Paris ComicCon. Stay tuned for more info.
