The upcoming Venom wave of Marvel Legends is now up for preorder. Last week we got the official images of the wave and while I am not wowed by the lineup, they do look pretty good. The wave consist of:
Venom – The anti-hero so popular, he’s getting a movie without a proper introduction and connection to the character who, you know what? It doesn’t matter.Carnage – Even the most passive Marvel fan knows this guy. Sure to be a hot seller.Scream – This is one of the many symbiotes that spawned in the 90’s. A cool looking figure, if not a compelling character.Poison – Do you remember that episode of Justice League when Lex was in Flash’s body, got in front a mirror and said, “I have no idea who this is?” That was reaction when seeing this guy.Spider-Ham – This is probably the figure I am least excited about having to purchase to complete the BAF.Typhoid Mary – She is traditionally a Daredevil baddie, but it’s still cool to see her get the Legends treatment.Monster Venom – This obviously the Mac Gargan version of Venom. This was during the Dark Reign storyline. I want it.
Venom Marvel Legends 6-Inch Action Figures Wave 1 is now up for preorder on Entertainment Earth. Head there now to lock in your preorder. With the Spider-Man wave hitting next month and the X-Men wave in August, this summer is going to stretch your wallet thin. This is a great problem to have.
