Time to start a new team! Today Hasbro has revealed their new two-pack with Hyperion and Doctor Spectrum.

Hyperion previously had a figure released years back in the Hulkbuster wave(?) I think. The figure was pretty bulky and has a cape that is a bit too long. This new mold is a bit more streamlined and has a much shorter cape which shouldn’t interfere with posing.

Spectrum is a new entry in Marvel Legends, but uses the Bucky Cap mold. Just about every figure I have with this mold is kinda loose. Not sure if that is mold degradation or what, but I’m sure there were other molds they could have used. What’s worse is that it seems to be a straight up up repaint of Blizzard from the Hulkbuster wave.

This set goes up for preorder this Spring for $49.99.
