Today Hasbro showed us the packaged images of the next X-men wave of Legends based on the House of X storyline. They revealed the figures a little while back during a livestream, but didn’t send out promotional images until now.
If you’re looking at the packaging and thinking someone made a mistake, they didn’t. That is the mutant alphabet. In the new line of X-men books, in addition to have a mutant homeland of Krakoa, they also created their own alphabet. Most notably, Apocalypse used it to change his name to something that I can’t pronounce.
In addition to the House of X Legends, Hasbro also revealed an Amazon exclusive Deadpool figure, the next Walgreens exclusive and teased the forthcoming M.O.D.O.K. figure.
Lots of good stuff coming this Spring! The House of X figures will go for 19.99 at most locations, Sulver Surfer will be 19.99 at Walgreens, Deadpool will be 24.99 on Amazon and M.O.D.O.K. will go for a whopping 50 bucks! The official solicitation says it comes with 4 accessories. Hopefully the figure and accessories justify that exorbitant price tag.
