Toy Fair is fast approaching and that means reveals! Today Hasbro has provided images of their new Power Rangers Lightning Collection two-pack featuring Lord Zedd and the new to the series, Rita Repulsa.
It’s been nearly 25 years to the day that Rita and Zedd tied the knot in “The Wedding, Part 3,” which aired as part of Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers’ second season on February 15, 1995—and to celebrate, Hasbro has released the Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa 25th Wedding Anniversary deluxe set – 6-inch action figures.
The Lord Zedd figure looks to be the exact same as the original release in Wave 1 with a few additional accessories, but Rita is all new! Most notable is the fact that this looks to be the first figure in the line to use soft goods for her dress.
This set is now up for preorder on Gamestop.com, but should be available at most major toy retailers as well this fall.
