When Hasbro started releasing the Fantastic Four figures exclusively through Walgreens, it seemed like it would be a long time until we got the complete team. And while technically it didn’t take too long, getting a four member team parceled out slowly over a two year span meant your display would be incomplete for a while. Well, the wait is over. Thing is here.

This figure is hefty! For a $20.00 figure, it has a really premium feel to it. It just feels solid. There is no hollow plastic on this thing that I can tell. It did have a strong odor though. Not like a stinky smell, but more of a new toy smell? It’s hard to explain. Maybe it’s the paint apps.

The color is gorgeous. The orange is just right and the wash they put on it only went in the cracks and is just so neat. Great job Hasbro.

When I first saw the promo pics for this figure, I thought it may come with a little Franklin or Valeria figure. Unfortunately, we did not get those and with Hasbro moving on to X-Men for the focus of their Walgreens exclusives, it’s unknown if we will. He does, however, come with a set of interchangeable hands and an alternate head. They are very well done.

This figure is darn near perfect. If there was any nitpicking I could do about this figure, it would be about the lack of a 4 on his trunks. It’s not needed, but it would have really completed the figure. Thing is hitting Walgreens shelves now. Get yours to complete the team.
